Physical Moton

  • 2/24/10: 30 min walk w/Elise
  • 2/24/10: 30 min walk + 10 min run
  • 8/27/09: 20 min elliptical
  • 8/24/09: 45 min walk
  • 8/16/09: 45 min walk
  • 8/15/09: ~ 1 hour Ice Skating
  • 8/13/09: ~40 min walk w/Elise
  • 8/10/09: 45 min walk w/Elise + 3*10 min walks
  • 8/9/09: 1 mile walk.run (15min.)+ 1/2 mile cool down
  • 8/8/09: 2hrs+ standing/walking at Pier
  • 8/6/09: 20 min walk with the boys
  • 8/5/09: 20 minute walk
  • 8/2/09: 1 mile run/walk+ 1 mile walk

Physical Results of Motion

  • 8/18/09: 143lbs 64bpm :)
  • 8/9/09: 144lbs 84bpm :(
  • 8/3/09: 142lbs 76bpm
